Air Conditioning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and maintenance for split-type air conditioners.
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns effectively.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Utilize ERP and corporate systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including more than 3 years specifically in air conditioner service, maintenance, and breakdown.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with split-type air conditioners.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
