Assistant Manager - HR

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior management to design, implement, and optimize HR strategies that support business goals.
- Talent Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Champion employee development programs, enhance performance management systems, and foster a high-performance culture.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage day-to-day HR operations including compensation, benefits, labor relations, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees, providing timely resolutions to workplace issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with at least 2 year in a Assistant Manager role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships across all levels.
- Experience with HR software and systems (HRIS) and proficiency in MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
