Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the overall HR strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies.

Advise Line Managers on HR best practices, company policies, and labor legislation to ensure fair and consistent employee management.

Act as a point of contact for employees, offering guidance on employment-related matters, and maintaining healthy employee relations.

Plan and organize employee engagement and morale-boosting activities, including corporate events and celebrations.

Coordinate and oversee training programs, including induction sessions and other local or international group training initiatives.

Handle employee grievances with empathy and professionalism, ensuring fair resolution and maintaining workplace harmony.

Conduct and manage disciplinary procedures, including formal inquiries, and liaise with relevant government institutions for any labor-related matters.
Candidate Profile:

A Degree or relevant professional qualification in Human Resources Management.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a reputed organization as a Senior HR Executive, or 2 years in a similar Assistant Manager capacity.

Proven experience and strong skills in talent acquisition are essential.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of independence, initiative, and discretion.
