Brand Manager – ATL & BTL Campaigns

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and business growth.
- Plan, manage, and execute ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand visibility campaigns, consumer activations, and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead new product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, creative agencies, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, campaign spending, and ROI analysis.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with principals, agencies, vendors, and business partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing innovations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Integrated Campaign Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in ATL & BTL campaign planning and execution is mandatory.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer brands, retail, or related industries will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, brand communication, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and passion for branding and consumer behavior.
