As a Business Development Executive - Web Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through cold outreach, managing leads, and closing deals for our web development services. Your focus will be on promoting custom website solutions to businesses in need of modern, high-converting websites. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience in the tech or web development industry and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.

Identify potential clients and assess their web development needs.

Present tailored web solutions that highlight Torch Labs’ capabilities and past work.

Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects through the entire sales funnel.

Collaborate with the web development team to prepare proposals and pricing.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Track outreach performance and provide regular reports to management.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in sales related to web development or digital services.

Proven success with cold outreach and closing sales.

Strong understanding of modern web design and development trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable using tools like email outreach platforms, CRMs, and LinkedIn.

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or custom web development workflows.
