Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Category Manager for our Home Appliances division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for driving sales in the electronics and home appliances sector. This role requires building and managing sales channels and dealer relationships, along with a proven track record of success in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and profitability in the home appliances sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sales channels to expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on category performance, including sales, inventory, and market share.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
- Full or part professional qualification in marketing.
- Previous experience in electronics and home appliances is an added advantage.
- Experience in building sales channels and managing dealer networks is beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Good interpersonal and people-handling skills.
- Preferred age below 35 years.
- Possess a valid driving license.
