Job Overview:

The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for setting up, managing, andoverseeing the company’s financial reporting system. This role will focus on designing financial controls, streamlining accounting procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The manager will play a key role in guiding the company& financial strategies and maintaining financial health across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the financial reporting systems for the group,ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Develop streamlined financial reporting processes and ensure that all financial reports (profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.) are consistent and reliable.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Establish strong financial controls and procedures to safeguard the company’s financial integrity.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments and entities within the group.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Lead the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial resources for operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Set up processes for financial consolidation across the group’s various companies and entities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or similar qualifications preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in setting up and streamlining financial procedures and reporting systems.
  • Expertise in financial management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
