Group Finance Manager

Job Overview:
The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and overseeing the company’s financial reporting system. This role focuses on designing robust financial controls, streamlining accounting procedures, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The incumbent will play a strategic role in guiding the company’s financial strategies, safeguarding its financial health, and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage the group’s financial reporting systems to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements.

Develop and standardize financial reporting processes to ensure consistency and reliability of all financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Establish and enforce strong financial controls and procedures to maintain the integrity of the company’s finances.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments and group entities, providing strategic guidance for financial planning.

Analyze financial data and trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations for management decision-making.

Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives.

Oversee cash flow management and optimize financial resources to ensure operational efficiency.

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Establish processes for financial consolidation across all companies and entities within the group.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Proven experience in establishing and streamlining financial procedures and reporting systems.

Proficiency in financial management software and tools.

Comprehensive understanding of tax laws, audit processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
