HR Business Partner

Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with Business Unit Heads and line managers to align HR strategies with business objectives. This role will support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations while driving engagement and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with Business Unit Heads and managers to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational and change initiatives.

Plan workforce requirements, support recruitment for key positions, and assist in succession planning and high-potential employee development.

Manage and support performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement.

Support learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs.

Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor employee attrition.

Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Support internal and external audits related to HR processes.

Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

Manage and effectively utilize HRIS systems for accurate HR data management.
Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Professional HR qualification from a recognized institute.

3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.

Prior experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is preferred.

Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and performance management systems.

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
