HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The HR Executive will be involved in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and maintaining HR records. This role requires strong organizational skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth transition for new joiners and outgoing staff.

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Support the payroll process by preparing attendance data, leaves, and other inputs for payroll calculation.

Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Help in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and other documentation.

Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

Assist in performance management and appraisal documentation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.

Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.

Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
