Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws, and assist in managing employee relations and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.

Maintain HR records and employee files accurately.

Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and company policies.

Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.

1-2 years of experience in the HR field.

Knowledge of HR processes and Sri Lankan labor laws.

Experience with payroll systems.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
