About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Business Development Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and support our community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for technology with strong business development skills, helping us grow our presence in the proxy and sneaker market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.

Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through channels such as Discord, social media, communities, and email outreach.

Conduct product demos, explain the value of our services, and tailor solutions to client needs.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics for continuous improvement.
Client Success & Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and a positive customer journey.

Provide timely support via Discord and other platforms, assisting with troubleshooting basic technical issues in collaboration with the technical team.

Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and community leaders to expand reach and generate leads.

Share client feedback with the technical team to improve services.
Marketing & Community Engagement (Sales-Focused)

Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns that support lead generation.

Engage with online communities (Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit) to represent the brand and drive interest.

Support the creation of sales/marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and newsletters.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or operations, preferably in tech or e-commerce.

Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with Discord and other community platforms.

Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Knowledge of the sneaker market, popular bots, and proxy usage is a plus.
