Interior Solutions Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Interior Solutions Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outdoor (area) sales and showroom operations by providing comprehensive interior solutions to customers. The role requires strong customer engagement, solution-based selling, and the ability to meet sales targets while developing the market in and around Kandy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales through outdoor (area) sales activities and showroom-based selling.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge.

  • Understand customer briefs and requirements and offer comprehensive interior solutions, including Hafele products.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and expand the market presence in and around the Kandy area.

  • Conduct site visits, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.


Role Requirements

Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Experience in interior solutions, building materials, hardware, or related industries will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or any other design software will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in English and Sinhala is mandatory.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling skills.

  • Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and manage field and showroom responsibilities effectively.
