Intern Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
  • Provide basic product information and guide customers as required
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day showroom operations
  • Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangements, and overall presentation
  • Assist in billing coordination and basic documentation work
  • Support inventory checks and stock coordination when required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Comfortable communicating in English (spoken)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable and customer-friendly approach
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
