Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Executive – MIS & Analytics (Banking Reporting) to support the development of accurate operational and analytical reports for banking requirements.
The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise reporting, data extraction, analytics, and dashboard development, with the ability to work with banking data structures and deliver timely reporting solutions to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate operational and analytical reports to support banking business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Extract and process data from banking databases, including understanding of Temenos T24 database structures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using reporting and visualization tools.
- Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Provide end-user support for reporting-related issues and queries.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to reporting solutions.
- Support audit, security, and performance assessments, and ensure identified findings are resolved within agreed timelines based on priority.
- Participate and support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
- Provide support beyond normal working hours when required for critical business or system-related matters.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline from a UGC-recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing operational and/or analytical reports for enterprise organizations, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Understanding of Temenos T24 database structures and experience extracting data for reporting purposes.
- Experience working with at least one analytical reporting or dashboarding tool.
- Strong understanding of reporting concepts, data analysis, and visualization techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
