Duties and responsibilities
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output of two clusters (3 Factories each)
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Review current standards and policies
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
- Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
- Formulate strategies to increase productivity
Expected qualifications are as follows.
- Managerial level experience with strong knowledge in quality assurance and lean six sigma implementation.
- Degree in science stream (Agriculture, Bio Technology, Food Science or any other relevant area)
- MSc in relevant field will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Knowledge and experience in QMS, EMS, GMP, ISO and other related disciplines
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent command in English and negotiation skills to deal with international clients.
- Well versed in all aspects of quality management.
- Knowledge in Sustainability will be an added advantage.
