New Product Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential products in the pharmaceutical, surgical, medical devices, cosmeceutical and nutraceutical segments.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities and customer demand to support decision- making.
- Assess the feasibility of new products by coordinating with sales teams and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and establish communication with target manufacturers and suppliers and evaluate them based on product quality, pricing and regulatory compliance with required specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiate and maintain business relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the regulatory department to obtain necessary approvals and meet registration criteria for new products.
- Collaborate with internal departments for feasibility studies and strategic planning.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management decision-making.
- Track and monitor the onboarding process for new product development, ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing distributor agreements in collaboration with legal officers and relevant departments.
- Identify potential partnerships, joint ventures and licensing opportunities to enhance product
Required Qualification
- Possess a Bachelors Degree in any related field from a recognized university.
- Experience in Healthcare Industry, Products and the NMRA Process.
- Proven experience in coordinating with suppliers and vendors and medical sector exposure.
- Exceptional Communicational skills are mandatory.
- Demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain marketing strategies and establish valuable networks within the industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights would be an added advantage.
