Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager with significant experience in operations management, specifically in production coordination and planning within the tea industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex operations efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless production processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
