Job Requirements
- Handling the payroll and other related compensation and benefits of the organization.
- Processing EPF/ETF registration for new employees.
- Responsible for the offboarding process.
- Responsible for the timely processing of confirmations, permanencies, contract renewals, and employment-related letters.
- Responsible for coordinating the employee insurance scheme of the company.
- Preparation of monthly HR-related reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling payroll, compensation & benefits in a reputed organization.
- Knowledge of EPF/ETF registrations and claim process.
- Ability to communicate and act proactively and timely.
- Time Management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala & fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
