Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure availability of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) according to the supply plan.
  2. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions while maintaining a high level of integrity.
  3. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Liaise with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow.
  5. Ensure compliance with administrative procedures for payment.
  6. Prepare and archive purchase-related files, price lists, and supplier lists.
  7. Develop and source RM/PM as per business requirements.
  8. Manage savings from controllable costs.
  9. Support Procurement-related SAP operations.
  10. Coordinate the Procure-to-Pay cycle.
  11. Manage claims and compensation from relevant stakeholders.
  12. Undertake any other assignments as given by the supervisor for the sake of the company’s benefit.
  13. Possess experience in Procurement functions as well as ERP knowledge.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Education: Graduation from any reputed College/University (preferred concentration in Supply Chain Management).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
