Sales Manager – Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Projects to lead and manage sales initiatives within the project sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling large-scale projects, strong connections with consultants and architects, and a technical understanding of AC and refrigeration systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage project-based sales opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, and project managers.

  • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.

  • Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Monitor project pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documents as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the project sector.

  • Technical knowledge of AC and Refrigeration is an added advantage.

  • Exposure to working with consultants and architects is highly desirable.

  • Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
