Sales Manager – Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Projects to lead and manage sales initiatives within the project sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling large-scale projects, strong connections with consultants and architects, and a technical understanding of AC and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage project-based sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, and project managers.

Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.

Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Monitor project pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documents as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the project sector.

Technical knowledge of AC and Refrigeration is an added advantage.

Exposure to working with consultants and architects is highly desirable.

Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
