Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Sales (IT)

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Sales (IT) to manage and grow strategic enterprise and government accounts. This role requires a strong ability to build long-term relationships with C-level executives, drive new business opportunities, and deliver value through consultative solution selling across IT infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand assigned enterprise and government accounts by building strong relationships with CxOs and key IT decision-makers
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across priority industry verticals
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through consultative and solution-based selling
- Position and promote IT solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services, aligned to client needs
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including RFP responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations in collaboration with presales, delivery, and legal teams
- Work closely with global OEM partners (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Google) to drive co-selling initiatives and joint opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring a strong and healthy sales pipeline (minimum 3× coverage)
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
- Mentor and support junior sales team members
- Contribute to account planning, sales strategy development, and cross-functional business initiatives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
- Pipeline coverage of at least 5× the quarterly revenue target
- Growth of existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Minimum of 8–10 C-level or decision-maker meetings per month
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data and sales forecasts
- Active participation in partner-led events and ecosystem initiatives
- Contribution to team strategies and overall business growth
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within IT solutions or services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong expertise in account management, consultative selling, and proposal management
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Experience working with global technology partners such as Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, or Google is an advantage
- Strong understanding of IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in sectors such as banking, telecom, healthcare, or government will be an added advantage
