Senior BPM Consultant (Bonita, Camunda, IBM BPM)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Consultants and Developers to contribute to enterprise automation projects using tools like Bonitasoft, Camunda, or IBM BPM/BAW. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust BPMN-based workflow solutions across complex business environments.

This role offers an initial contract of 6 to 12 months, with a strong possibility of permanent conversion based on performance and project fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement workflow solutions using BPMN 2.0 on Bonita, Camunda, or IBM BPM.

  • Build user interfaces using native tools or custom front-end frameworks.

  • Integrate BPM workflows with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and services.

  • Define and manage user roles, actors, and access permissions.

  • Handle process deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.

  • Conduct unit testing and ongoing optimization of process components.

Core Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with at least one BPM platform: Bonitasoft, Camunda (v7/v8), or IBM BPM/BAW.

  • Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow design principles.

  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integration and relational databases.

  • Familiar with end-to-end process lifecycle management and deployment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Familiarity with multiple BPM platforms or migration projects.

  • Agile/Scrum project experience.

  • Background in finance, telecom, healthcare, or logistics industries.
