Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Optimize and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our backend architecture.
Person Specification
- Experience with other backend languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and financial technologies.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
