Senior Business Analyst & Scrum Master ( ERP )

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior ERP Specialist who will serve as both a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. This role is crucial for facilitating the implementation of ERP systems, managing product backlogs, and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Implementation: Facilitate effective communication between technical and functional teams to ensure technical designs and applications align with specified requirements and industry standards.

ERP Requirements Engineering: Analyze and translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for the ERP system.

Product Backlog Maintenance: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects business and user needs accurately.

Scrum Ceremony Facilitation: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and ensure adherence to Scrum practices within the ERP team.

Technical Solutions Delivery: Oversee project timelines to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions within the Scrum framework.

Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and escalate technical problems, resource conflicts, and communication challenges within the team.

Quality Assurance: Ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements through rigorous testing and validation, ensuring quality and reliability.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ERP configurations, customizations, integrations, and report/dashboard development.

Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and enhance client engagement.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, aligned with the current role.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of technical documentation, UI design, use cases, and UML diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience in ERP system implementation, preferably in a textile or process manufacturing setting, is a plus.
