Job Description

Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Develop and support systems in sectors such as public infrastructure, finance, distribution, and communications.

Design and implement software solutions for biosciences, call centers, GIS/mapping, and image processing applications.

Build customer-oriented web applications including e-learning systems, SNS platforms, and reservation systems.

Develop and manage databases, middleware, and system integrations involving SQL and ERP/SCM/CRM packages.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and scalable software solutions.

Apply C#, .NET technologies, modern development tools, and Agile development practices.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, covering frontend, backend, and testing.

Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET framework.

Solid understanding of database development and SQL.

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or above (NAT equivalent accepted).

Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese with clients and internal teams.
