Senior Executive Administrative

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), lease agreements, and other vendor contracts, in coordination with the Finance team.
- Oversee and coordinate security personnel across all company locations and ensure effective safety measures (CCTV, fire safety) are in place, especially at the Head Office.
- Manage the scrap clearance process under the supervision of Finance, Warehouse, and Service teams.
- Identify and follow up on repair and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion.
- Administer and monitor insurance coverage for company vehicles, fire safety, and portable assets.
- Track and manage document dispatch and receipt across departments.
- Recommend enhancements to administrative policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Presentable and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
