Senior Executive / Executive – Tender

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Executive – Tender. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with government and private tenders in the healthcare sector, including Ministry of Health (MOH), Medical Supply Division (MSD), and SPC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor newspapers, online portals, and other sources for relevant tender opportunities.
  • Review and interpret tender documents to identify key requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and submit daily tender listings to management.
  • Prepare complete tender documentation, both technical and commercial.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather required information.
  • Work with Finance to finalize pricing and tender documentation.
  • Compile, review, and submit bid documents on time.
  • Arrange samples and supporting materials for tender evaluations.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders, including clarifications, amendments, and extensions.
  • Liaise with government bodies and stakeholders for updates, meetings, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular status reports and support strategic planning activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with hands-on experience in tender management.
  • Proven experience in handling government and private tenders (MOH / MSD / SPC) in the healthcare sector.
  • Degree, Diploma, or Professional qualification in Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience in coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents and Letters of Credit (LC) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent record-keeping, follow-up, and communication skills
