Senior Executive - Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality standards for raw materials, ensuring they meet customer requirements efficiently.
- Monitor performance deviations in development fabrics, aligning with customer testing and performance standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish test criteria for new fabric performances.
- Work closely with frontend teams and customers to update test manuals and performance standards, ensuring alignment with the latest customer requirements.
- Oversee the quality of incoming materials, ensuring targets are met promptly.
- Manage the annual budget and control purchases within approved limits.
- Handle annual calibrations and service contracts for lab equipment and machinery with third-party providers.
- Conduct lab audits and manage accreditation renewals with third-party laboratories.
- Identify knowledge gaps among lab personnel and provide training to ensure compliance with customer standards and test methods.
- Ensure all raw materials comply with regulations and customer standards, maintaining strict adherence to these requirements across all stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and team management skills.
