Senior Executive – Sales (Appliances)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key appliance dealers, modern trade partners, architects, and interior designers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct product training and awareness sessions for channel partners and other stakeholders.

Provide regular market insights and work closely with the marketing team to align promotions with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and achieve shared business goals.
Role Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the appliances or consumer durables industry.

For Appliances Sales: Strong network and connections with appliance dealers, modern trade partners, and distributors (preferred).

For Showroom Sales: Prior experience in showroom-based sales is mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
