Senior Executive – Sales (Appliances)

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key appliance dealers, modern trade partners, architects, and interior designers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance to identify growth opportunities.

  • Conduct product training and awareness sessions for channel partners and other stakeholders.

  • Provide regular market insights and work closely with the marketing team to align promotions with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and achieve shared business goals.

Role Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the appliances or consumer durables industry.

  • For Appliances Sales: Strong network and connections with appliance dealers, modern trade partners, and distributors (preferred).

  • For Showroom Sales: Prior experience in showroom-based sales is mandatory.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
