Responsibilities
- Align HR initiatives with business strategy and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and facilitate performance management processes.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, drive process improvements, and lead HR projects.
- Partner with leaders to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into business practices
Expected Profile
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institute.
- 5 years of experience in a similar scope in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizing skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, probing skills, coordination skills, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and work with minimum supervision.
- Hands on experience in MS Office package, ERP System, E-mails and working in a computerized environment
