Responsibilities

  • Align HR initiatives with business strategy and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and facilitate performance management processes.
  • Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, drive process improvements, and lead HR projects.
  • Partner with leaders to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into business practices

Expected Profile

  • Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institute.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar scope in a corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizing skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, probing skills, coordination skills, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and work with minimum supervision.
  • Hands on experience in MS Office package, ERP System, E-mails and working in a computerized environment
