Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) to lead the development of a high-performance, scalable consumer mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our mobile experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of clean, responsive, and user-friendly apps. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consumer-facing mobile app using Flutter for iOS and Android.

  • Build scalable, high-performance mobile applications that meet product and user needs.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and implement new features.

  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across devices and platforms.

  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

  • Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges in the app development process.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in Flutter and mobile development.

  • Ensure compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines and handle submission processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.

  • Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers.

  • Strong knowledge of mobile-specific features and design patterns for both iOS and Android platforms.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and backend-as-a-service platforms.

  • Understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including app store deployment.

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

  • Working knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile analytics tools.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Web3 experience is a strong plus.
