Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for pharma and surgical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in sales planning and execution within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and onboard new agencies and customers for pharma and surgical products.

Drive sales growth and revenue through strategic business planning and effective execution.

Expand private market sales through partnerships, distributors, and direct sales initiatives.

Manage collections and debt recovery to maintain a healthy cash flow.

Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability across all sales channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and market expansion.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and operational control.
Key Requirements:

6–8 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience in healthcare, pharma, or public sector tenders is a strong advantage.

Proven track record in driving growth, achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue.

Expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
