Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for pharma and surgical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in sales planning and execution within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and onboard new agencies and customers for pharma and surgical products.

  • Drive sales growth and revenue through strategic business planning and effective execution.

  • Expand private market sales through partnerships, distributors, and direct sales initiatives.

  • Manage collections and debt recovery to maintain a healthy cash flow.

  • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability across all sales channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and market expansion.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and operational control.


Key Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or public sector tenders is a strong advantage.

  • Proven track record in driving growth, achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue.

  • Expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
