Specialist - Business Process Automation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Specialist in Business Process Automation to drive the development and implementation of automation solutions. This role will focus on ensuring timely and complete delivery of development scopes, assessing technical feasibility, designing solutions, and supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, experience with Microsoft Power Platforms and APIs, and a proactive attitude towards change and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) Delivery: Ensure all development scopes are implemented on time and in full, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

Technical Feasibility: Develop and evaluate the technical feasibility of development scopes to prevent potential blockers during the development stage.

Solution Design: Translate business requirements into logical, purpose-fit technical designs. Focus on Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) to effectively address business challenges.

Architecture Development: Collaborate with Business Analysts to create a viable automation/integration architecture based on business specifications. Guide the selected software vendor/partner in development.

Support Operations: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment of solutions across various environments. Provide post-go-live support, monitoring, and measure the effectiveness of solutions.

Risk and Issue Management: Work within structured project plans to communicate project risks and issues to the Project Lead. Contribute to the change control process.

Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred with a strong quantitative focus.
Professional Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of industry experience.
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Power Platforms, APIs, and microservices. Hands-on experience in designing and developing automation systems and API-based integration workloads (REST or SOAP).
- Experience in software development using one or more programming languages (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with at least one RDBMS (SQL, Oracle) and knowledge of IT infrastructure.
