Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Talent acquisition process for multiple roles across the organization.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking etc.)
- Assisting to maintain and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Assisting in managing employee attendance management system and providing accurate data for payroll processing.
- Assisting in employee welfare & engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on talent acquisition or in a similar HR role.
- Ability to communicate and act proactively and timely.
- Time Management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala & fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
