Tax Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, SSCL, PAYE/APIT, WHT, Income Tax, and other statutory taxes, in compliance with Inland Revenue Department (IRD) regulations.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and tax payments to the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
• Maintain accurate tax documentation, records, and supporting schedules for compliance purposes.
• Assist with tax audits, assessments, and investigations by preparing required documents and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tax or a related field / Currently following CA, CMA, or AAT.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in taxation.
• Strong understanding of Sri Lankan tax regulations and compliance requirements.
