Tech Lead – Mobile (Flutter)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead – Mobile (Flutter) to take ownership of the development and leadership of our cross-platform mobile application. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end Flutter development efforts for a high-performance consumer-facing app on both iOS and Android platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of a Flutter-based mobile app for both iOS and Android.

  • Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance mobile applications.

  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.

  • Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and reliability across all supported devices.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code following best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter SDK features, tools, and trends.

  • Manage app release cycles and ensure compliance with Google Play and App Store requirements.

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, driving high engineering standards.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation and testing strategies.

  • Support analytics integration, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.

  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.

  • Expertise in cross-platform mobile design patterns, performance tuning, and device compatibility.

  • Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, including publishing and maintaining apps in production.

  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend systems.

  • Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or other BaaS solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a strong advantage.

  • Proficient with Git and modern development workflows.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Web3 experience is a big plus.
